Founder
Ylanne S. is an Autistic autism advocate interested in legislative advocacy and public policy, autism and criminal justice issues, and positive inclusion of Autistic people in their communities. She is an Evangelical Christian and politically liberal. Ylanne is also interested in writing, national security policy, and Islamic studies. She began the Fugitive Seeking Truth project in June 2008.
Edward C.
Special Education, Education, Disability, and Public Policy
Edward C. is a high school student who has been in the public education system since preschool. He has had a special education plan, or Individualized Education Plan, for years. Edward is both intellectually gifted and learning disabled, and therefore has seen all facets of the public education system. He believes that some of the most important thoughts on the public education system must come from those within it. Edward believes that education in the U.S.A. is not where it needs to be this day and age. He joined the Fugitive Seeking Truth project in July 2011.
Azi H.
International Development, Co-Existence, International Politics and Organizations, and Peaceful Conflict Management
Azi H. is an American-Muslim and a strong advocate of positive action. Deeply engaged in his community through voluntarism and service, he has developed a passion for improving society, particularly on the global scale. His interests include international development and politics, and peaceful conflict resolution by focusing on root causes of various issues. A pragmatic optimist and progressive in his ideology, Azi believes in the eventual amelioration of the human condition. David M.
Environmental Responsibility, Biblical Hermeneutics, Existential Philosophy, Poetry, Nature, and the Gospel
David M. is a poet, philosopher, and musician educated at a Christian college-preparatory school. He is interested in existential philosophy, music theory, environmental responsibility, the relationship between psychology and spirituality, and simple living. David is a Christian and politically moderate. His favorite authors include C. S. Lewis and Wendell Berry. David joined the Fugitive Seeking Truth project in July 2011.
M. E. Porter
Special Correspondent on Christian Theology
